Where It All Began

Hi, I’m Tiffany, the creator behind The Learning Effect.

I started this business after years in the classroom teaching grades 2–6. Like so many teachers, I loved working with students - but the endless planning, prep, and juggling of responsibilities was exhausting. I knew there had to be a better way to teach well without sacrificing every evening and weekend.

What started as creating resources for my own classroom grew into a mission to support other upper elementary teachers with practical, engaging materials that actually save time.
